About the Facilitator
Sadaf Firdos is an early childhood educator and professional learning facilitator who supports educators through reflective, story-based leadership. This work continues to evolve through her ongoing reflection, professional learning with educators, and developing research exploring how educators’ narratives shape relationships and children’s sense of belonging.
